Whether your ambition is to rise to the top of your organization or to be the most effective you can be in your current position, MAT’s Conservation Leadership Program of Study (CLPS) can help you achieve your goals. This program is designed to be flexible to the needs of busy fish and wildlife professionals. The certification is a challenging set of courses followed by a final project. Completing the CLPS can take from 1-3 years. If you have taken a MAT online leadership course, all you need to do is register that you are participating in the certification process, and when you have completed the program requirements, the courses will have prepared you for a large variety of leadership challenges, and will help you excel at whatever you endeavor to accomplish.
