MAT's offices are located at the prestigious National Conservation Training Center (NCTC) located in Shepherdstown, WV. Our common interests in developing the agencies and employees of the conservation community makes our partnership a natural fit.  

The National Conservation Training Center trains and educates natural resource managers to accomplish our common goals of conserving fish, wildlife, and their habitats. NCTC is a gathering place where conservation professionals from all sectors can learn together in an environment especially designed for them. Government, non-profit organizations, and corporations can come together in a non-threatening, collaborative setting to learn new skills, share perspectives, break down barriers, establish networks, find common ground, and move toward field-based solutions built on consensus and mutual interest.
