If you’ve been taking MAT’s online courses, we are proud to offer a new opportunity – the Conservation Leadership Program of Study (CLPS ). This fall the AFWA Directors approved the CLPS as a way for fish and wildlife agency employees to gain the knowledge and experience they need to be more effective leaders.

The CLPS can be completed completely through online courses or through a combination of online and face-to-face courses. It is a rigorous program, but participants who complete the program requirements will have a deep understanding of the practice of leadership, and they will have developed important skills to be more effective in their practice of the art of leadership.
